Here are the installation guide steps:
Tools Needed: Spark plug socket, ratchet, extension bar, gap gauge, and torque wrench.
Step 1. Prepare: Ensure the engine is cool and disconnect the negative battery cable.
Step 2. Access Plugs: Remove ignition coils or spark plug wires.
Step 3. Clean Area: Use compressed air to clear debris around the spark plugs.
Step 4. Remove Old Plugs: Use a socket wrench to unscrew and remove the old spark plugs.
Step 5. Install New Plugs: Hand-thread the new ACDelco 41-108 spark plugs, then tighten with a torque wrench to the specified torque.
Step 6. Reinstall Coils/Wires: Apply dielectric grease to the spark plug boots, then reattach ignition coils or spark plug wires securely.
Step 7. Reconnect Battery: Reconnect the negative battery cable.
Step 8. Test Engine: Start the engine to ensure it runs smoothly.
