Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective Genuine OEM auto parts.
To be eligible for a return:
- The return request must be initiated within 14 business days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including all original labels, manuals, and accessories.
- Items that have been installed, modified, damaged due to improper handling, or show signs of use are not eligible for return
Return Process & Cost
- Customers must contact us to initiate a return within the eligible return window.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including returns for defective items.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refund Policy
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed after inspection and may take several business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible items.
- Exchange requests must also be initiated within 14 business days of delivery.
- Both return shipping costs and new shipping costs for the exchanged item are fully borne by the customer.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- The exchanged item must meet the same condition requirements as returns (unused, uninstalled, original packaging).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Installed or used auto parts
- Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Items returned outside the 14-business-day return window
